Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act passed by the federal government, you have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much services will cost through our practice. This estimate details the expected charges for services you will receive during your treatment, particularly if you are uninsured or not using your insurance. You can request a Good Faith Estimate from us at any time, in addition to reviewing our Billing & Rate Agreement Form, which is provided annually to current clients. This ensures transparency about your potential out-of-pocket costs. You can learn more about the No Surprises Act by clicking this link.
